Unsmoked, Raw Sausage Links

Choose from 4 different house made competition sausages.  Served in 500g packs.

Meat will be raw, vacuum packed and shipped frozen in temperature controlled boxes.  Meat will arrive frozen, partially thawed or fully thawed.  Place meat in the refrigerator upon arrival for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.  Thaw completely in the refrigerator before cooking.

If picking up in our Kumeu Restaurant, you will receive an email when your order is ready.  All orders placed by Friday should be available for pickup the following Thursday.  Please do not come in to pick up before you receive the "order is ready for pickup" notification.
