Join us for the 3rd Annual Oktoberfest presented by Morepork BBQ at the KUMEU SHOWGROUNDS! Experience an unforgettable day featuring live music, games & competitions, and mouth-watering BBQ including authentic German snacks. Delight in a wide selection of beers, brought to you by Hallertau Brewery, served in custom steins. This year, we're introducing new camping options and exclusive VIP tickets for NZ's biggest Oktoberfest event. What time does the event start and finish?
The gates open at 12:00 PM, but if you're a VIP, you can enter from 11:30 AM. The event will close at 10pm.Do I need to bring ID?
Yes, this is an R18 event, and everyone will be required to show ID upon entry.Will there be parking available?
Yes, parking is available at Kumeu Showgrounds on a first-come, first-served basis. Gold coin donation.What if it rains?
The event will go ahead rain or shine, so bring your raincoat, umbrella, and gumboots.Can I bring my own alcohol and food?
No, outside alcohol or food is not permitted at the event.Are there ATMs on site?
No, there are no ATMs at the event. Please bring cash or use Eftpos.When can campers pack in?
Campers can pack-in on FRIDAY from 3PM-7PM (no Friday entry after 7PM) or SATURDAY from 8am.How big are the campsites?
Campsites are 6m x 6m. If you're bringing a campervan that will not fit in alloted space, please book 2 camping sites.DESIGN A CUSTOM MADE TANKARD*
