ABOUT MEAT AT THE BEACH
Meat @ The Beach is New Zealand’s only all you can eat American BBQ festival,
created and hosted by Morepork BBQ.
It’s a travelling food experience that brings authentic American BBQ, good vibes, and summer energy to iconic NZ beaches like Muriwai, Whangamata, and more locations coming soon.
Each event delivers a generous barbecue, beachside atmosphere, and an easy, social day out that’s perfect for meat lovers, foodies, friends, families, staff shouts, end-of-year parties and corporate groups wanting something different.
ALL YOU CAN EAT BBQ FOR ONLY $85
Every festival day usually includes two sessions, each lasting four hours.
CHOOSE EITHER SESSION:
Midday Session 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Afternoon Session 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Your ticket includes a 2-hour all you can eat BBQ feast, which begins one hour after your session starts.
SESSION FLOW:
- 1st hour: Arrive, grab drinks, get comfy, plan your BBQ strategy
- Next 2 hours: All you can eat American BBQ feast
- Final hour: Relax, enjoy the venue, sip drinks and unwind after the BBQ mission

• Full refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances
• Photos and videos taken on the day may be used for promotional purposes
