House Made Hot Smoked Sausages

Our sausages are made in house using our own Morepork BBQ recipes, hot smoked and packed full of flavour. They’re one of our signature products and something we’re incredibly proud of.

The star of the range is our Jalapeño Cheddar Pork Sausage, a multi award winning sausage and Gold Medal winner.

Choose your favourite from the available flavours, with each option supplied in a 500g pack. Fully cooked, vacuum packed and ready to reheat at home.

Shipping & Storage

Meat will be pre smoked, vacuum packed and shipped frozen in temperature controlled boxes. Meat may arrive frozen, partially thawed or fully thawed.

Place meat in the refrigerator upon arrival for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw completely in the refrigerator before reheating.

Pickup

If picking up from our Kumeu restaurant, you will receive an email when your order is ready. All orders placed by Friday should be available for pickup the following Thursday. Please wait until you receive the "order is ready for pickup" notification before coming in to collect your order.
